    • How to sign up for the website

      Registration on 2polyglot.com is possible via email or Facebook. 

       

      • To register click the “Sign up” or “Register” button:

      • Complete all the required fields in the form below, then click on “Sign up” or “Registration via Facebook” (if you have a Facebook account):

      • When registering via Facebook, you only need to enter some data and the rest information will automatically be added from your Facebook profile. 

       

      • I forgot my password. What should I do?

        If you forgot your password or just want to change it for security reasons, you can use password recovery form located on the home page or password change form (“Change password” button) in your profile.  

        • You can recover your password by entering your email address and then following the recovery hyperlink sent to your email.

      • What distinguishes our platform from others?

        The Polyglot platform is distinguished from other similar freelance services by uniting translators, copywriters, tutors and guides in one place.

        So, Customers will find all the required Linguistic Specialists here. Besides that, we have a unique search system that allows you to search Executors and orders by category, direction and location.

          • How to fill out your portfolio and add other materials?

            To upload your portfolio to your profile you should select your role:

            Then choose Portfolio, Documents or Resume and click on “Add to Portfolio”, “Add to Documents” or “Add to Resume”:

            You can change the name of the file and its description in order to ease your search for the file in future:

            • How to rank my account higher in search results?

              To rank your account higher in search results, provide as much information as possible in your profile and perform honest, quality work as best as you can. Also, if you buy a Pro account, you will be ranked higher than other users.

              To buy Pro account just enter the “Account Pro” section on the right side of your profile page and click on the “Get Pro” button.

              • What do I need a high rating for and what factors influence it?

                According to the rating system available on the website, a User may be ranked higher in search results. Your rating depends on your profile completeness, evaluation of prior work and comments.

                • How can I select/change/add my specialty on the website?

                  You can act as a Customer and contract Executor simultaneously. To do that just add the required role in your profile by clicking “Edit specialties”:

                  There are several roles to choose from: Customer, Translator, Guide, Copywriter, Tutor. Each of them includes Reviews, Portfolio, Documents, Resume, Skills where you can add files:

                  • How to complete the verification process?

                    In order to complete the verification process, go to your profile by clicking on the avatar in the upper right corner of the page and then choose the corresponding section “Verification”.

                    • How do I delete my profile?

                      To delete your profile, you should send your request to our Support team (https://2polyglot.com/ru/contacts). The Administrator will check your request and delete your profile unless you have any open orders.

                        To find an Executor for your project just click on “Search for lingualancers” button:

                        • How to close an order?
                          • If you are a Customer and are looking for Executor. 

                          When publishing your project, you will receive proposals from Executors:

                          Then go to “My projects” menu. For every project, you will be able to see the Executors who are ready work on your order. To accept a bid from the Executor, just put a tick next to his proposal and confirm your consent or you may tick several Executors simultaneously:

                          • How to post an order for a Translator?

                            To post an order, Customers should click the “Post order” link:

                            Then please fill out all the required fields, such as translation direction, category of translation, order name, description, cost, payment method and deadline.  

                            • How to post an order for a Guide?

                              To post an order, Customers should click the “Post order” link:

                              Then please fill out all the required fields, such as location, language, excursions, order name, description, cost, payment method and deadline:

                                  • How to edit an order that is already posted?

                                    To edit already posted order please click on “My orders” icon. Click the required order in “Selected/Started orders” tab. Then click the change icon in a new window. To save changes please click the “Post order now” button. 

                                    • What payment methods do we offer?

                                      There are two payment methods we offer on our website: Direct Deal and Safe Deal. When choosing the Direct Deal, Customer shall make a pay directly to the Executor.The parties shall resolve all disputes between themselves.

                                      When choosing the Safe Deal, the amount of the Executor’s fee will be held on the Customer’s account including fees for using the Safe Deal service. The money will be transferred to the Executor’s account after Customer’s confirmation of an order completion. Disputable issues shall be resolved in Arbitration.

                                      • What is Arbitration?

                                        When publishing a project, a Customer who chooses the “Secure deal” service will be able to use an Arbitration function for disputes regarding the project. You will see the deal type when browsing projects: 

                                         

                                        So, if any dispute arising between a Customer and an Executor could not be resolved without any interference from a third party, click on the “Arbitration” button and describe the issue in the comments box:

                                        On the left side of the form below there is a dialogue amongst three parties (Customer / Executor / Lawyer), on the right side you can see the Arbitration status and the Lawyer’s comments: 

                                        When the Arbitration is closed, the Executor should click on the “Complete” button again and the Customer should confirm the execution of the order. When this is done, the project will be completed. 

                                        • What is a Safe Deal?

                                          Safe Deal is a service provided by the website to ensure verification of compliance with the Executor and Customer obligations. When choosing the Safe Deal, the amount of the Executor’s fee will be held on Customer’s account including fees for using the Safe Deal service.

                                          The money will be transferred to the Executor’s account after Customer’s confirmation of an order completion. When a dispute arises, the parties may use the Arbitration option. 

                                          • Who acts as a guarantor for deal?

                                            When using the Safe Deal service, 2polyglot.com acts as a guarantor for deal. 

                                            • Who pays fees?

                                              The fees for using the service is currently paid by Customers.

                                              • When do I receive my money?

                                                As soon as a Customer confirms an order is complete, the money will then be transferred to Executor’s account. At the same time the Executor may withdraw funds from his account including payment of system fees.

                                                    • In what order are the Executors shown on the website?

                                                      According to the rating system available on the website, certain Users may be ranked higher in search results. Ratings depend on your profile completeness, evaluation and comments.

                                                      • How do I leave a review for an Executor/Customer?

                                                        After completing work, the Executor should click on the “Complete” button and wait for Customer confirmation:

                                                        • How to report order completion and close an order?

                                                          When a Customer accepts a bid from a particular Executor, the Executor should click on the “Ready up” button to begin execution of the order or reject it by clicking on “Cancel participation”: 

                                                          When using the “Safe purchase” service, after confirming the bid from the Executor, the Customer will have the amount that should be paid to the Executor automatically held on his account including commission for using the “Safe Purchase” service:

                                                          After completing work, the Executor should click on the “Complete” button and wait for Customer confirmation:

                                                            • How do I pay for an order on the website?

                                                              To pay for order you should accept the rate of the appropriate Executor by clicking the “Accept” button. If you have enough money in your balance, the required amount will automatically be held and transferred to the Executor’s account after your confirmation of an order completion.

                                                              • How to pay for item in the shop?

                                                                To replenish the balance you should go to the appropriate section by clicking the following link:  https://2polyglot.com/balance. Then click the "Add funds" button. Enter the amount that you wish to add and click the “Add funds” button.

                                                                To pay for item in the shop, please choose the appropriate file and click the “Download file” button. The required amount will automatically be withdrawn from your balance. 

                                                                • Tariffs and fees

                                                                  Pricing details for Pro account are as follows:

                                                                  • 9 USD per month;
                                                                  • 24 USD per 3 months; 
                                                                  • 39 USD per 6 months;
                                                                  • 59 USD per 12 months.

                                                                  Fee for using the Safe Deal service is 10% of total deal value.

                                                                    1 Log in your profile.
                                                                    2 Press “Balance” which is located in the upper menu.


                                                                    3 Select “Add funds right now!”.


                                                                    3.1 Select WebMoney payment method.


                                                                    3.2 Enter an amount of funds to be added.


                                                                    3.3 Select an appropriate payment information.


                                                                    3.4 Press “Add” to continue.


                                                                    After you will be redirected to Webmoney page verify your payment by typing your Webmoney Login and Password.

                                                                    • Withdrawing funds from WebMoney Transfer

                                                                      1 Log in your profile.
                                                                      2 Press “Balance” which is located in the upper menu.


                                                                      3 Select “Withdrawal request”.


                                                                      3.1 Select Webmoney withdrawal. 


                                                                      3.2 Add payment information in case it’s not added yet. Press “Add payment information” to do it.

                                                                      Then select Webmoney as a Payment System and enter your payment information. Press “Add payment information” to continue.

                                                                      After the operation you’ll receive a verification email. You will need to verify your payment information by following the link. Your payment information will be added to the site instantly.
                                                                      3.3 Select an appropriate payment information and enter amount to withdraw on the withdrawal request page.


                                                                      3.4 Press “Withdraw funds”.


                                                                      Withdrawal request is submitted now. It usually takes 3 days to proceed every new request.
